“This week felt like weather inside and out — bright mornings, heavy clouds, and wind strong enough to break my umbrella. But I kept walking. Along the way, small signs reminded me I’m still guided: a hawk, dragonflies, butterflies, quiet moments by the lake, and people who crossed my path just long enough to offer a smile. Today is September 11 — a day of remembering, honoring, and holding space for wounds that never fully disappear. We can remember. We can grieve. And we can keep walking.”
