Small Changes, Big Shifts
“Stories of walking, healing, and the signs that guide us home.”
I write from the middle of my life — walking through grief, awakening, and the quiet signs God leaves along the way. These posts are pieces of my journey, shared so you feel less alone in yours.
Learning to Rest Without Guilt
“Some seasons don’t ask you to push harder — they ask you to rest deeper. Not because you’re weak. Not because you’re falling behind. But because your soul is tired from carrying more than anyone knows.
This week on the blog, I’m sharing a gentle reminder: Rest is not laziness. Rest is obedience. Rest is healing. Rest is how you return to the woman God created you to be.
If you’ve been feeling guilty for slowing down… this one is for you.”
Living through the storm
ust in time. Even in a week filled with endings, dead things, and quiet reminders of loss, God kept showing me signs of life: dragonflies, movement, shelter, and Scripture that steadied my heart. I don’t know what’s ending in my life, but I trust the One who walks ahead of me. This is my prayer: courage to release, eyes to see the new thing, and peace to trust the storm won’t stop what God is doing.”
